On this episode of TWIL (252), we have a new version of the core graphics stack project Mesa. A very small yet phoenix-like distro is rising from the ashes of deprecation. Kubuntu has released their plans for Kubuntu 24.04 and the roadmap for implementing KDE Plasma 6. elementary has released a preview of the next edition of their OS. All of this and more on this episode of This Week in Linux, Your Source for Linux GNews!

Thanks, @MichaelTunnell another very interesting episode. I’ve only just started using twitter/X relatively recently, where I microblog a lot of my day-to-day techie stuff, especially after recently completing a Quality Engineering bootcamp. I did the whole thing on macOS, including QE for a new webapp that I’ve since ported onto Linux. At the moment I’m just working on getting all the tools I used on the course going on Linux too I’m not as regular on Mastodon as I could be, so I’ll put that right today and sign up on to this Bluesky too, as it’s been mentioned to me by a developer friend, now that I recall!
