Nicole is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Master Personal Trainer, and Nationally Ranked NPC Bikini Competitor with 3 Overall Wins and a top 10 placement at the Amateur Olympia in 2022. She has been a fitness trainer and consultant for 17 years and has helped hundreds of men and women not only transform their bodies but truly influenced every aspect of their healthy way of life journey.

She received her training as a Health Coach from Precision Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. She received her training credentials from the National Personal Training Institute where she studied over 600 hours in exercise science, human anatomy, physiology along with completing a 6-month intern program. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health and fitness coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary and training theories, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results by improving overall energy, balance, and health.

She specializes in areas such as achieving optimal weight, performance training, improving digestion, reducing food and sugar cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy; with a focus on whole foods, exquisitely sourced protein selection, cleansing, healthy cooking, balanced macronutrients programs and proper guidance for those who choose vegetarian/vegan, and gluten-free lifestyles. She has an incredible passion for motivating, educating, and inspiring other to take control of their health with her 1:1 Coaching Programs, the training programs in the Nikki FIT App.
